The electromagnetic cartridge case cleaner LEM represents a\u00a0 new generation of cartridge case cleaners. It uses water, dishwasher soap, and stainless steel microneedles. It is very fast and the brasses are perfectly cleaned as new. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The LEM machine works only with brass cartridge cases.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The particular disposal of the neodymium magnets\u00a0 on the turnplate, and their different center rotation compared to the tank\u2019s position center, generates a \u201cshaking\u201d effect and the brasses are mixed inside the plastic tank.<\/p>\n

The Lem Machines are patented.<\/p>\n

To obtain an excelent shining brass it’s only necessary to place the brasses in the tank with:\u00a0 ferromagnetic micro needles (supplied with the LEM), water, little quantity of dishwasher soap and\u00a0 a little quantity of anti-limescale liquid.<\/p>\n

The LEM EXCLUSIVE is the Top LEM machine version<\/strong> with DC motor<\/strong> and electronic board with washing program. It offers better performances compared to the LEM Deluxe and Plus version.<\/p>\n

This LEM EXCLUSIVE is for professional use. It is equipped with DC electric engine (24V) with electronic board.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its high rpm range, between the minimum and maximum engine speed, makes it suitable for obtaining excellent cleaning results.<\/span> Starting the machine with speed knob in minimum speed position, the washing program starts automatically.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Maximum speed 2.700 rpm – Minimum speed 600 rpm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the LEM machine has been turned on, the micro-needles are dragged in the liquid and they exercise a polishing action on the cartridge cases. After few minutes you can have the brasses as new, including their internal surface and their primer pocket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
